NEW! healthy, high protein pumpkin muffins ✨ Ingredients - 2 cups oat flour - 1 cup pumpkin puree - 1/2 cup 0% plain greek yogurt - 2 large eggs - 1/4 cup zero calorie liquid sweetener - 1/4 cup almond milk - 1 tbsp coconut oil, melted - 1 scoop vanilla protein *optional* - 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice - 1 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp baking powder - 1 tsp baking soda - 2 tbsp each mini chocolate chips and pumpkin seeds Directions preheat oven to 350 & grease a muffin tin. in a large bowl, combine the wet ingredients. in a separate bowl, mix dry ingredients then add dry to wet and stir until just combined. divide batter into the greased muffin tin and top each muffin with pumpkin seeds & choc chips. bake 18-22 mins & ENJOY!!
